In January 2024, I had the chance to help the phenomenal photgrapher, Clarita Phiri-Beierdörffer, arrange her exhibit "Ichibukisho" at the Museum of Contemporary Art Leipzig by designing the exhibition layout in 3D.
Throughout the process we tried different ways of guiding visitors through the exhibition, including exploring different concepts for television stands and benches constructed from concrete blocks.
Initially, our concepts featured significantly larger blocks for displaying exhibit objects, in practice, however, smaller cement blocks proved to be more practical. It's exciting to observe the contrast between the conceptual stage and the ultimate execution in the end.
